Design and File Preparations

Should I design in RGB or CMYK

We recommend designing in CMYK. Digital presses print in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). You will get better color consistency between what you see on screen and the final print if you design in CMYK.

What are templates?

For your convince we offer templates to help your design your printed pieces. These templates show you the size and shape of the item. Some are very basic like label and dust covers while some are more complex showing three dimensional shapes like folding cartons. It is important to understand that where you position your art on the template is exactly where is is going to print. If it looks a little off in the design phase it will look a little off on the final print.

What is bleed and why do I need it?

Bleed is an industry term for the area that extends beyond the edge of the final cut. The reason this is necessary is because there will always be some slight position variation when printing and cutting. If no bleed is present then a slight sliver of white paper will show where that position shifted.

How do I make an account?

Click the Create an Account button on the top right of the page or click here to make a new account.

How can I check my order status?

Login using the account your placed your order with. Click Order History in the top right, you will see your order history with your most recent orders at the top of the list. Click View next the order you would like to check. This page will list all of the job details including job status.

How can I reorder an items I've ordered in the past?

Login using the account your placed your order with. Click Order History in the top right. Click Reorder next the the job you'd like to reorder. You can change the quantity by clicking the pencil icon next to the item in your cart.

How do I apply for a tax exempt account as a qualifying New Jersey based business?

I don't have art ready, can I still order?

It's best to order and upload your art at the same time. If you need help with the design process see our learning videos. Although we can not give individual help creating your design we are more than happy to share the resources we've created and point you in the right direction, feel free to contact us.

How can I see my order history?

Login using the account your placed your order with. Then click the the Order History link on the top right of the website. If you still don't see the order you're looking for check to make sure that the order was placed within the start and end date timeframe.

How can manage my addresses?

While loved in click My Account in the top right. Next click My Addresses tab. Here you can add, edit, and delete your addresses. Any of these addresses can be used for either shipping or billing, you will pick which address you would like to use for both options during the checkout process.
